Description of the project:          

This project constitutes the construction of two bridges and including all road concrete works crossing Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al-Nahyan St Abu Dhabi Al-Falah Road.
 
The two bridges are post tension cast in-situ type, the Min bridge is Box Girder type and The Structural system of the bridge is piles Ø 1.2 m & 1.4 m, where two pile caps at center of the bridge with average dimensions of 8.8*5.5*2.0m is supported on it, over the pile caps there is a circular pier with flared head for each one and the end Abutment beam rested on the piles extension, on top of Abutments and piers it laying the box girder, The of Box section deck with width of 23.4m.
 
 The other bridge is utility bridge Voided slab type, and The Structural system of the bridge is piles Ø 1.2 m, where two Abutment beams rested on the piles extension, on top of Abutments it is laying the voided slab, the section of voided slab is varying (width 32.2 m to 49.7 m). The major items quantities are - Reinforcement quantity is 1,500 ton & Concrete quantity is 8,000 m3 (including Piles, sub & super structure).
